It’s not your father’s Navy. Thanks to Obama’s order allowing openly gay service in the military, the USS Ronald Reagan now boasts its own drag queen.

Ensign Sarah Mitchell, USN, 23, of Oakford, PA

died July 7, 2018 aboard the guided missile cruiser, USS Jason Dunham, in the Red Sea, during a training exercise.

She was a 2017 graduate of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets.

Job well done, Ensign
